HRM 328; BL 424; HRM 436; and Senior standing

Course Description

The course provides students with an opportunity to integrate their HRM knowledge and skills. Key learning outcomes focus on using data to identify and address organizational problems and
opportunities, application of employment law, labor law and compliance to an organizational situation, application of HRM theories to an organizational problem or opportunities, and refine skills as a strategic business partner. Course includes career readiness element.
